摘要
研究了铸轧过程中各相关因素对系统温度场的影响 ,建立了辊—板系统传热规律的基本方程 ,揭示了铝材铸轧过程中辊—板系统温度场的变化规律 .并研究了轧制不同厚度铝材时 ,厚度对铸轧速度和温度场的影响规律 .
This paper researched the influence of correlation factor of cast rolling process on system temperature field; established the basic heat transfer equation of roller—board system and revealed the varying rule of roller—board system temperature field during the cast rolling process.The influence of thickness on cast rolling speed and temperature field were researched.
