摘要
提出了用阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵 (CTMAB) -氧化剂 (KIO3)双增敏法测定甘草酸 (GA)的方法。GA的增敏电流包括 KIO3引起的催化电流和 CTMAB诱导的吸附电流。在0 .1 mol/L HAc- Na Ac(p H4.57± 0 .1 0 ) - 3mmol/L KIO3- 2 μmol/L CTMAB介质中 ,同浓度 GA的增敏电流约为其还原电流的 35倍。在 0 .1~ 1 .0 μmol/L范围内 ,GA的二阶导数峰电流与浓度呈线性关系。该法可用于直接测定甘草中的 GA含量。
A polarographic method for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid(GA) based on dual enhancement of both cationic surfactant cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTMAB) and oxidant(KIO 3) was described.The enhanced current of GA involved catalytic current caused by KIO 3 and absorption current induced by CTMAB. In 0.1 mol/L HAc~NaAc (pH 4.57±0.1)~3×10 -3 mol/L KIO 3~2×10 -6 mol/L CTMAB medium, the enhanced current of GA in the same concentration is about 35 fold reduction current. The second order derivative peak current of GA is proportional to its concentration in the range of 1.0×10 -7 ~1.0×10 -6 mol/L. The proposed method was used to directly determine GA content in Chinese herb licorice without any preseparation.
