摘要
在0.50mol/L LiCl-0.04mol/LHCl-0.016mol/L KBrO3支持电解质中,8-羟基喹啉产生一灵敏的极谱催化波,峰电流比其相应的极谱波增大30倍,峰电位为-0.90V(vs.SCE).该极谱催化波的二阶导数峰电流与其浓度在2.0×10^-4~4.0×10^-3mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检测下限为6.5×10^-5mol/L.该方法用于药品中8-羟基喹啉的测定,结果满意.
In 0.5 mol/L LiCl-4.0 ×10^-2 moi/L HCl-0. 016 moi/L KBrO3 support electrolyte, 8-hydroxyquinoline yielded a sensitive polarographic catalytic wave with peak potential at- 0.90 V (vs. SCE). The peak current of the polarographic catalytic wave of 8-hydroxyquinoline increased almost 30 times compared with its corresponding polarographic wave. The second-order derivative peak current of the polarographic catalytic wave was linearly proportional to 8-hydrox- yquinoline concentration in the range from 2.0 ×10^-4 mol/L to 4.0 ×10^-3 tool/L, and the limit of detection was 6.5 ×10^-5 mol/L. This method was used to detect 8-hydroxyquinoline in a medicinal tablet, with satisfactory results.
