摘要
思想政治教育是一项教育人的工作,是当前高校教育的重要内容,其目的在于培养社会主义事业的建设者和接班人,实现大学生的全面协调可持续发展。为了使高校的思想政治教育工作在新时期达到预期目标,有必要对思想政治教育的构成要素进行探讨。这些构成要素分别为教育者、受教育者、教育方法及教育环境。正确认识和把握当前高校思想政治教育的构成要素,对加强和改进高校思想政治教育、提高政治理论课的教学实效性具有重要意义。
Ideological and political education is a work of educating people and an important part of higher educa-tion, which aims to develop the cause of socialist construction builders and successors, to achieve comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of college students. In order to make the ideological and political educa-tion in the new period to achieve the desired goal, it is necessary to explore its elements. Those elements include educators, educatees, teaching methods and educational environments. Correctly understand and grasp the constit-uent elements of current ideological and political education has great significance for strengthening and improving i-deological and political education and improving the effectiveness of political theory course.
