摘要
“以生为本”理念是高等教育的培养目标,这是思想政治教育的现状所决定的。思想政治教育工作是教育人、引导人、激励人、开发人的工作。“以生为本”要尊重学生,启发学生的自觉性;理解学生,提高学生的参与性;关心学生,调动学生的积极性;帮助学生,激发学生的主动性;激励学生,激发学生的创造性。
＂ Student - oriented＂ concept, as one of the goals of higher education, is determined by the current status of ideological and political education, which involves educating, guiding, stimulating and developing people. In practicing this concept, measures shall be taken to respect students and stimulate their initiative; understand students and encourage their participation; care for students and arouse their enthusiasm; help students and promote their activeness; inspire students and boost their creativity. In adhering to this concept, we shall march with the times and constantly upgrade the ideological and political work in colleges.
