摘要
对攀枝花红格矿区钒钛磁铁矿进行了湿式抛尾和选铁磨选工艺流程的对比试验。结果表明,选取湿式抛尾—阶段磨选—弱磁选的工艺作为该矿石选别流程,最终可获得TFe品位58.41%、含钛9.75%的铁精矿。
An experimental study on separating iron from a vanadous titanomagnetite ore of hongge mining areas in Panzhihua was carried out, including tests for the technology of railings-rejecting by wet beneficiation and com- parison between the flowsheet of staged grinding with magnetic separations and the flowsheet of continuous grinding followed by magnetic separation. The results showed that the technology of railings-rejecting by wet beneficiation, and the flowsheet of staged grinding with low intensity magnetic separations is suitable for separating iron minerals from the vanadous titanamagnetite ore. The final iron concentrate of 58. 41% TFe (containing 9. 75% TiO2 ) can be obtained.
