摘要
结合国家卓越工程师培养计划、江苏省实验教学示范中心及江苏省特色专业建设工作、工科应用型高级人才培养模式的建设工作,面向培养高素质的具有创新精神和实践能力的应用型本科人才的目标定位,针对机械工程专业人才多样化培养,论述"政产学研用"紧密结合的合作新机制,探讨建立应用型本科的全方位、多维度、差别化的实践教学新体系,创立机械工程类专业应用型人才多样化培养的实践教学新模式,构建循序渐进、分层递进的立体化校内实践教学新平台,汇聚泛区域优质教学资源,建立多样化人才培养实践教学质量保障与监控体系问题。
Combining with the national outstanding engineers training plan, the construction work of demonstration center of Jiangsu experimental teaching and Jiangsu characteristic specialty as well as the training mode of application- oriented senior engineering talents, this paper, aimed at cultivating application- oriented talented undergraduates with innovative spirit and practical ability and diverse training for mechanical engineering talents, setting up an all- round, multi - dimensional and differentiated practice teaching system for application- oriented profes- sional talents of mechanical engineering and constructing a new three - dimensional campus practice teaching platform with step- by - step and layered progressive eharacteristies. In the end, on the basis of gathering pan- regional high- quality resources, this paper analyses a new coop- erafive mechanism with the government, production, universities, research and application closely combined and builds up a practiee teaching quality guarantee and monitoring system for divem/fied talents training.
