摘要
提出了蛋白质的一种二维数字表达,该表达考虑了组成蛋白质的核苷酸在DNA双螺旋结构中的对称性和密码子当中的核苷酸组成规律,使之与生物学意义相符合。Cosic′s的一维共鸣识别方法是一种数学物理模型,它使用信号处理的方法识别蛋白质序列当中包含的信息。对蛋白质的二维数字表达结合使用向量序列的傅里叶变换理论,提出高维共鸣识别方法。实验结果显示,所提出的蛋白质二维数字表达和高维共鸣识别在判别双序列的蛋白质相似性时同样有效。
A 2-D numerical representation of protein, considering the symmetry of nucleotides in the double helix structure of the DNA sequence and the composition rule of nucleotides of the codon is proposed. Cosic's 1-D resonant recognition model (RRM) is a physico-mathemati- cal model. The RRM uses signal processing method to indentify the information of protein se- quence. Combined the 2-D numerical representation of protein with the Fourier transform the- ory of vector sequence, the higher-dimensional resonance recognition model (HD-RRM) is pro- posed. The results show that the proposed 2--D numerical representation and the HD-RRM are effective when they are applied to distinguish the similarity of pairwise protein sequences.
