环境水样中苯脲类除草剂的光降解 被引量:1

Photodegradation of phenylurea herbicides in environmental waters under irradiation of UV and sunlight

摘要 以微萃取瓶富集-高效液相色谱法为检测手段,考察了水中灭草隆、绿谷隆、溴谷隆和敌草隆在紫外光和太阳光照射下的光降解情况.研究了光照时间、初始浓度、光照距离等条件对4组分降解率的影响.结果表明:在254nm紫外光照射下,4组分的降解速率:溴谷隆>绿谷隆>灭草隆>敌草隆,30min内光降解率均能达到80%以上;而太阳光自然照射4组分几乎不被降解. The photodegradation of monuron,monolinuron,metobromuron and diuron in environmen- tal water was investigated by HPLC.The effect of photodegradation time,initial concentration,light source distance on photolysis efficiency was studied.The results showed that under 254nm irradiation of UV,photolysis efficiency of the four components reduced according to the order:metobromuronmonol- inuronmonurondiuron.The photolysis efficiency can reach 80%in 30minites.However,the sunlight hardly has effect on photolysis efficiency.
