摘要
建立了同时测定土壤中残留的苯脲类和磺酰脲类除草剂的分析方法。土壤样品采用超声波振荡提取,以甲醇为提取剂。色谱分析条件:Kromasil-100-5C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,粒径5μm),流动相甲醇-水(0.2%冰醋酸)梯度洗提,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长240nm。结果表明,6种除草剂的质量浓度在0.50~20μg·mL-1范围内与色谱峰面积的线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9842~0.9993,检测限为3.0×10-3~4.9×10-2μg·mL-1。平均加标回收率为71.72%~118.0%,相对标准偏差为3.29%~18.1%。
A high performance liquid chromatography has been developed for the simuhaneous determination of phenylurea and sulfonylurea herbicide residues in soil. A Kromasil-100-5 C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) and UV detection at 240 nm were used. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. Adequate retention was achieved with a mobile phase of methanol/water (0.2% acetic acid) solution with gradient elution. For the six herbicides, the linear ranges of the working curves were 0.50-20 μg·mL^-1. The linear correlations were 0.984 2-0.999 3. The detection limits were 3.0× 10^-3~4.9× 10^-2 μg·mL^-1. The average recovery rates of the standard additions were 71.72%-118.0%. The relative standard deviations were 3.29%-18.1%.
