摘要
教师培训是提升中小学教师专业发展和总体师资水平的有效途径,现有的教师培训存在着学术支持方面的若干问题,因此需要从培训前的沟通、教学支持团队以及相关学术制度等方面加强建设,以提高在职教师培训的效果。
Teachers’ training is the effective way for their professional development and the improvement of the overall teaching quality level. Now some problems exist in terms of academic support of teachers’ training. Therefore it is necessary to strengthen the construction in some fields such as communication before training, construction of teaching team and academic system so as to improve the effect of teachers’ training.
