摘要
介绍了哈尔滨汽轮机厂生产的600MW汽轮发电机双流环密封油系统,并对发电机密封油系统的典型故障诸如发电机密封瓦喷油、氢气纯度下降较快补氢量大和发电机进油等进行了原因分析,并采取了相应的防范措施,相关故障得到了治理。
This paper introduces the double sealing oil system of 600MW steam turbo-generator manufactured by Har- bin Steam Turbine Factory, and typical faults such as oil spout of sealing tile, rapid reduction of hydrogen purity and the large amount of filling hydrogen with generator sealing oil system were analyzed, and corresponding preventive measures were put forward and the relevant faults were resolved.
