摘要
目的 :探讨经一次手术治疗颈椎管狭窄并颈间盘突出。方法 :1993年 1月～ 1998年 12月手术治疗 2 9例。首先行颈后路颈椎管成型 ,椎管扩大 ,然后手术行颈间盘定位 ,同时切除颈间盘。结果 :术后平均随诊 2 0个月 ,优良率86%。结论 :一次手术治疗颈椎管狭窄并间盘突出 ,两个病变同时解决 ,避免二次手术之苦。本文评述手术方法。
Objective: to study one-stage operation for treatment of cervical spina canal stenosis with cervical disc protrusion.Method:From January 1993 to December 1998,29 cases of operation.At first,cervical laminoplasty and the spinal canals were enlarged.Then,the author located and found out the levels or protruded disc during the operation,removed the protruded disc.Result:After operation,mean follow-up was 20 months,excellent and good rate was 86%.Conclusion:One stage operation for treatment cervical spinal canal stenosis with cervical disc protrusion.Two diseases could be operated simultaneously and avoided second operation.
