摘要
随着中国改革开放力度的加大和旅游业的迅速发展，国内外的交流日益增多，输入性疟疾与输血相关性疟疾的病例呈逐年增多趋势。疟原虫检查方法虽然较多，但是利用血细胞分析仪筛栓疟原虫感染患者的方法既简便、又快捷。目前对此项技术仍重视不够，今后应加强培训，使国内拥有全自动血细胞分析仪的实验室及相关的技术人员都能掌握此技术。通过不断加强血液疟原虫筛检工作，做到疟疾的早期诊断、早期治疗、早期康复。
With the increasing of China^s reform and opening up, the rapid development of the tourism industry, the increas- ing of domestic and international communication, the cases o~ imported malaria and transfusion-associated malaria have the trend of increasing year by year. Although the detection methods of plasmodium are many,the method of using automated hematology analyzer on screening plasmodium infection is simple and quick. The technology is still in inadequate attention, training should be strengthened so that the domestic labortories which have automated hematology analyzer and related tech- nical personnel are all able to master the technology. Should continue strengthening the work of screening plasmodium in or- der to diagnose earlier,treat earlier and heal earlier.
