摘要
技术是人类的存在方式,复杂性增加的倾向在整个人类的技术领域内正在发生,而与复杂性伴生的生态危机、社会风险和人性困境,使人类不得不反思人类面向世界的方式。基于理性的审视和批判的语境,最好的策略,就是通过历史的经验,接受历史的帮助和忠告,进行探索和锻炼。
Technology is the way of human living, and the tendency of increasing complexity is happening in the technolo- gy fields of the world. The ecological crisis,social risk and humanity dilemma which co-occur with complexity forces human to reflect on the way of living in the world. On the basis of the rational thinking and critical context,we propose that the best strategy is to accept historical help and advice through the historical experiences, and then to explore and exercise.
