摘要
在原有建筑物的场地上进行重建,基坑施工遇地下障碍物的处理是施工难点之一。本文结合天津金融街南开中心工程,介绍其在基坑施工中使用的几种地下障碍物处理方法,并作简要分析,实践表明这些方法既可确保工程桩、支护结构及土方开挖的顺利进行,又可保护周边环境安全,为后续类似工程施工提供参考。
Processing the barrier met in the toundation pit construction when rebuild in the existed building site is one of the construction difficulty. Aceording to the Nankai center project in financial street in Tianjin, this paper introduces several processing methods of underground obstacles in the construction of foundation pit, and makes a brief analysis. Practice shows that these methods ean ensure the construction of engineering pile, support structure and the earth excavation succ.essfully, and can protect the safety of surrounding environment, provide the referenee for the future similar engineering construction.
