摘要
温度、炉渣中FeO,MgO,MnO含量、炉渣碱度、渣层厚度是影响(Si)氧化的重要因素。降低炉温、增加炉渣中CaO,FeO,MgO,MnO含量和渣层厚度,能促进(Si)的氧化,使生铁含硅量降低,有利于获得低硅生铁。
Temperature, FeO, MgO, and MnO contents in slag, basicity of slag and thickness of slag layer are important factors, which affect silicon oxidation of hot metal in the hearth. Lowering the furnace temperature, increasing CaO, MgO, FeO and MnO contents in slag and the thickness of slag layer can promote the oxidation of silicon and thereby the silicon content in hot metal can be reduced. Therefore, it is advantageous to produce low silicon hot metal.
