摘要
实验高炉解剖、生产高炉取样、理论计算和实验室研究表明,高炉内硅还原发生在炉缸渣层以上部位,即炉腹区。在炉缸下部渣铁接触界面上将进行[Si]的再氧化。为确定硅还原机理,进行了硅源与铁水完全分离条件下的硅还原实验,它充分证明了高炉内硅通过气相SiO还原进入铁水是完全可信的。
By means of B. F. dissection, sampling of operating B. F. theortical calculation and laborato-ry study. The results obtained show that the reduction of silica in B. F. takes place above theslag layer in furnace hearth, i. e. in bosh region. The Si will be reoxidized in the interface ofslag and hot metal in the hearth. In order to determine the reduction mechanism of silica, someexperiments have been conducted underseparated fully condition of Si-source from hot metal. Itproved that the Si comeing from the reduction gaseous SiO in blast furnace is believable.
