摘要
目的:探讨CBL教学模式在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科实习教学中的应用,进一步提升耳鼻咽喉实习教学效果。方法:将在我科实习的两个年级的学生随机分成CBL教学组(实验组)和传统模式教学组(对照组),比较两组之间的理论知识成绩和案例分析成绩,并分析教学总体效果。结果:CBL教学组学生对CBL教学模式的总体满意度和对教师满意度较高,在案例分析和理论知识的成绩上均高于传统模式教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CBL模式能调动学生的积极性,帮助学生尽快适应临床工作环境,使得学生更易掌握实习教学内容,教学效果良好。
Objective：To assess the effects of applying case-based learn-ing（ CBL） to students in clinical practice of otolaryngology head and neck surgery for improving the teaching outcomes .Methods： Student interns in two grades in our department were allocated to two groups and subjected to CBL model（experimental group）or conventional teaching method（con-trol group） .The general feedbacks were assessed and compared regarding the command of basic discipline and performance of case examination . Results： Students subjected to CBL model had a higher satisfaction with teaching approaches and the teachers themselves and achieved better in both theoretical knowledge and clinical skills in general as compared with controls（ P 〈0.05 ）, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： CBL appears to facilitate the interest of learners and enable them to early adapt to the coming clinical assignment by better command of the discipline.
