摘要
目的：观察翼状胬肉逆行撕除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术的疗效。方法：将72例患者（80眼）随机分为翼状胬肉逆行撕除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术组（A组），单纯翼状胬肉逆行撕除术（B组），每组各40眼。分别实施手术并随访6—12个月，随访观察术后翼状胬肉复发率。结果：A组完成全部随访的40眼，复发1眼，复发率2．5％。B组完成全部随访的40眼，复发10眼，复发率25％，两组复发率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：翼状胬肉逆行撕除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术有效降低术后复发率。
Objective：to observe the pterygium retrograde to tear in addition to joint the curative effect of autologous limbal stem cell transplantation.Methods：72 patients （80 eyes） were randomly divided into A pterygium removed with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation group （group A）, simple pterygium tear in addition to surgery （group B）, each group of each 40 eyes. Respectivdy, surgery and were followed up for 6 to 12 months, follow-up observation of postoperative recurrent pterygium. Results：A set of complete follow-up 40 eyes. 1 eye of recurrence, the recurrence rate 2.5%, B group of 40 eyes, complete follow-up recurrence 10 eyes, and the recurrence rate 25%, two groups of the recurrence rate was statistically difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：pterygium retrograde to tear in addition to effectively reduce the postoperative recurrence rate with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation.
