摘要
对EQ70高强钢焊接接头进行了低温CTOD试验(-10℃),用局部压缩法和高K比法保证了疲劳裂纹前沿平直度,但熔合线试样的试验结果较差,且具有较大分散性,增加试样个数之后分散性也没有得到改善.不同的预疲方法得到的结果不同,认为应该规定不同的允许值.另外,提出了统一化标准法,为今后接头试样(尤其是熔合线试样)的CTOD试验评定方法提供思路,作为解决离散性等问题的方向.
CTOD tests are carried out on high strength steel-EQ70 weld butt joints in low temperature(-10℃)。Method of local compression and high K ratio is used to ensure qualify weld specimens ratio. But results show lower CTOD values and bigger scatter which is not improved after more tests. Values from different pre-cracking methods will be different, and different acceptable values should be used, which is studied. Besides, as scatters exist, Method of unified standards are introduced which will acts as a way of assessment of CTOD, especially for specimens of fusion line.
