摘要
采用多因素领导问卷、家长式领导问卷、精神型领导问卷、诚信领导问卷与组织认同问卷对350名企业员工进行施测,相关分析、分层回归分析及优势分析的结果发现:不同领导行为及其各维度均与员工的组织认同呈显著正相关;单独考察不同领导行为对于员工组织认同的预测作用时,五种领导行为的不同维度对组织认同有显著预测作用;总体考察不同领导行为对员工组织认同的预测作用时,精神型领导的组织愿景、诚信领导的诚实不欺与正直无私对于员工的组织认同具有显著的正向预测作用;优势分析的结果表明,诚信领导对于员工组织认同的贡献力大于精神型领导。
The research uses multi-factor leadership questionnaire, patriarchal leadership questionnaire, spiritual leadership questionnaire, integrity leadership questionnaire and organizational identification ques- tionnaire. The research selected 350 employees from number of companies, used many kinds of statistical analysis technology, like independent samples test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis, regression analysis, dominance analysis. Different leadership behavior and its dimensions were significant relationship with employee's organization identity; When singly study different leadership behavior and its dimensions' prediction function to the employee organizational identification, the different dimensions of five leadership behavior had the positive effects on organizational identification. When totality study the related research of each dimension and organizational identities on the five types of leadership behavior, spiritual leadership organization vision dimension and the honesty of the authentic leadership and integrity selfless dimensions had the positive effects on organizational identification; The dominance analysis found that organization vi- sion dimensions made the largest contribution to organizational identification; When looked at the organiza- tion vision as spirit type leadership dimension, honestyand integrity as selfless honesty leadership as one dimension of the authentic leadership and we conld found that authentic leadership made the largest contri- bution to organizational identification.
