摘要
在系统总结高校社会服务绩效评价现状的基础上,分析湖南省高校社会服务绩效评价基本框架、评价目的和方法、评价指标体系构建原则和流程;通过两轮指标体系筛选,构建高校社会服务绩效评价指标体系:以投入指数、产出指数和保障指数3个一级指标,并细化为8个二级指标和25个三级指标;最后,通过AHP群策法对指标赋权值。
Based on ystematic summary of the performance evaluation of the status quo of college social services, this paper analyzes the purposes, guiding ideology, evaluation principles and processes of Hunan College of Social Service Performance Evaluation Index System. By screening two index system, the authors build a provincial university social service performance evaluation index system： 3 level indicators-the input index, the output index and protection index and eight secondary indicators and 25 three indicators. Finally, the values of indicators are empowered by AHP method.
