能源技术创新促进煤炭资源型经济转型的作用机制分析 被引量:8

摘要 文章基于能源技术创新视角,运用演化经济学的"选择—竞争—适应"机制对煤炭资源型经济转型过程进行了研究,认为通过能源技术创新推动能源结构的转变和产业的演化是实现煤炭资源型经济转型的关键所在。最后以美国为例,分析了其能源技术创新政策的特点与启示。 In this paper, based on energy technology innovation perspective, using the "selection - competition -adaptation" mechanism of evolutionary economics, we study the transformation process of coal resource-based economies. We think that mechanism of energy technology innovation to promote the energy structure and industry evolution is the realized path of coal resource-based economies transformation. Finally, taking USA as an example, we analyze the characteristics and teachings of energy technology innovation policies.
