摘要
乙烯-乙烯醇(EVOH)共聚物是一种高阻隔性材料,作为包装材料广泛使用。概述了EVOH共聚物目前的生产状况及其发展状况;综述了EVOH共聚物的合成工艺;讨论了EVOH共聚物产品的分析表征方法。EVOH共聚物的合成工艺包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯(EVA)共聚物的聚合和EVA共聚物的醇解皂化。利用溶液聚合法合成EVA共聚物时,聚合温度、聚合压力及溶剂的选择影响着EVA共聚物的结构与性能。EVA共聚物的醇解皂化多采用均相皂化法。EVOH共聚物产品可利用GPC、IR、NMR和化学滴定法等方法进行分析。
The production and research of ethylene-vinyl alcohol（EVOH） copolymer,a high quality barrier material,were reviewed.The synthesis processes and analysis methods for the EVOH copolymer were summarized.The synthesis processes included the copolymerization and alcoholysis saponification of ethylene-vinyl acetate（EVA） copolymer.When the EVA copolymer was synthesized by solution polymerization,its structure and properties were influenced by reaction temperature,pressure and solvents.The EVOH resin could be characterized by means ofGPC,IR,NMR and chemical titration.
