聚乙烯-乙烯醇改性酚醛树脂固化特性与微观结构 被引量:7

摘要 利用聚乙烯-乙烯醇可以溶解在苯酚水溶液中的特性制备的聚乙烯-乙烯醇改性酚醛树脂,并采用IR,DSC,TG,SEM和TEM等分析手段研究了聚乙烯-乙烯醇改性酚醛树脂的固化反应特性以及微观形态。研究表明:聚乙烯-乙烯醇中的羟基与酚醛树脂中的羟甲基在固化过程中缩聚形成内增韧结构,有效提高了酚醛树脂的韧性,并使其耐热性能下降较低,而且与IR,DSC,TG分析结果相一致。 Thermosetting phenolic resin modified by polyathylene-vinyl alcohol which can dissolve in phenol water was prepared. Its cured character and microscopic configuration were researched with IR, DSC, TG, SEM and TEM spectra. During curing process, hydroxy group of polyathylene-vinyl alcohol was condensed with hydroxy method of phenolic resin into intersectional structure, which was good for heat resistance and toughness. The analysis conclusion of SEM and TEM spectra were correspondent with that of IR, DSC, TG spectra analysis.
