摘要
[目的]探讨护理干预对结肠镜检查病人的影响。[方法]将100例接受结肠镜检查的病人随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采取一系列护理干预,在病人提交检查申请单时、检查前15min安静状态下以及检查结束后立刻测量两组病人的收缩压、心率和呼吸,比较两组病人结肠镜检查不同时期血压、心率、呼吸的变化及镜检成功率、对护理服务满意度。[结果]观察组病人检查前15min及检查后的血压、心率、呼吸变化优于对照组;镜检成功率及对护理服务满意度均高于对照组,经比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]恰当的护理干预可降低病人的血压、心率、呼吸频率,可提高插镜成功率及病人对护理服务的满意度。
Objective：To probe into influence of preoperative nursing inter- vention on colonoscopy patients. Methods：A total of 100 patients receiving colonoscopy were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each,control group patients received routine care, obser- vation group patients received a series of nursing interventions on the basis of routine nursing care. The systolic blood pressure,heart rate and breath- ing of two groups of patients were measured respectively when patients submitting to examination application, at 15 min before check in resting state and immediately after the check, then to compare the different periods of blood pressure,heart rate, respiration and microscopic changes, the suc- cess rate of colonoscopy, and nursing service satisfaction of colonoscopy pa- tients. Results：The changes of blood pressure,heart rate and respiration of patients in observation group at 15 min before check and after check were better than that of control group ~ success rate of colonoscopy and satisfac- tion of nursing service were higher, and the differences were statistically significant （P^0.05 or P^0.01）. Conclusion：appropriate nursing inter- vention can reduce the patients~ blood pressure,heart rate and respiratory rate,can improve the success rate with care. and inserted mirror patients＂ satisfaction
