摘要
目的探讨清醒镇静在心脏电子装置(CIED)植入术中疼痛管理的有效性和安全性。方法选取我院2023年1月-2024年5月择期行CIED植入术的患者90例,按随机数表法分为三组,每组各30例;A组予以瑞芬太尼联合右美托咪定麻醉,B组予以瑞芬太尼麻醉,C组予以等容量生理盐水,并均实施局部麻醉;对比三组围术期指标、疼痛程度及不良反应。结果A组手术时间、总住院时间依次较B组、C组短(P<0.05);A组重症监护疼痛观察表(CPOT)、Wong-Baker Faces疼痛评估表得分依次较B组、C组低(P<0.05);三组不良反应对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CIED植入术中实施清醒镇静疼痛管理效果较好,可缩短康复时间,减轻术中疼痛程度,且安全性好。
Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of conscious sedation in pain management during cardiac electronic device(CIED)implantation.Methods Select 90 patients who underwent elective CIED implantation surgery in our hospital from January 2023 to May 2024,and divide them into three groups using a random number table method,with 30 patients in each group;Group A was anesthetized with remifentanil combined with dexmedetomidine,Group B was anesthetized with remifentanil,Group C was anesthetized with isovolumetric saline application,and all of them were under local anesthesia;compare three groups of perioperative indicators,pain levels,and adverse reactions.Results The operation time and total hospitalization time of Group A were shorter than those of Groups B and C(P<0.05);the scores of the Critical Care Pain Observation Scale(CPOT)and Wong-Baker Faces Pain Assessment Scale in Group A were lower than those in Group B and Group C,respectively(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The implementation of conscious sedation pain management during CIED implantation is effective,which can shorten the recovery time,reduce the degree of intraoperative pain,and has good safety.
