摘要
目的评估莒南县农村居民对盐与高血压相关知识的认识情况及低盐膳食的态度和行为。方法2011年7月采用多阶段随机整群抽样的方法,抽取莒南县18~69岁的农村900名调查对象进行问卷调查。内容包括人口学信息、盐与高血压相关知识、态度和行为。结果调查18-69岁的农村居民900名,20.89%的人知晓高血压的判断标准,15.33%的人知晓成人每人每天摄盐标准,使用过定量盐勺的仅有5.22%,87.31%的调查对象支持低盐饮食的态度,并有87.33%的调查对象的支持在人群中宣传低盐膳食知识。结论农村居民对盐与高血压相关知识的知晓率低,对文化程度较低的人群应加大健康教育力度。
Objective To estimate the level of knowledge,attitude and practice (KAP) about salt and hypertension among rural residents in Junan county. Methods A total of 900 adults,aged 18-69 ,were selected by multi-stage strati- fied randomized sampling. The contents of baseline investigation were general states and relevant KAP of salt and hyper- tension. Results Of the residents surveyed,20.89% knew the standard of hypertension,15.33% knew the standard of daily intake of salt and 5.22 % used the salt spocm. 87.31 % supported the attitude of low-salt diet and 87.33% supported the promotion o{ the knowledge o{ low salt diet in the crowd. Conclusion The level of knowledge about salt and hyper- tension is low among rural residents. Health education should be increased among the low-education residents.
