观察比索洛尔、依那普利联合螺内酯治疗风湿性心脏病慢性心力衰竭临床疗效 被引量：12

摘要 目的观察比索洛尔、依那普利联合螺内酯治疗风湿性心脏病慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选择2011年1月至2013年1月间新密市第一人民医院诊治的风湿性心脏病慢性心力衰竭患者42例,根据随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组21例,分别给予常规治疗以及比索洛尔、依那普利和螺内酯联合治疗,对两组临床疗效、不良反应进行观察和比较。结果与对照组相比,观察组总有效率明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组均无明显不良反应。结论比索洛尔、依那普利和螺内酯联合治疗风湿性心脏病慢性心力衰竭的疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床广泛推广。
