摘要
目的阐明各国药典中收载的液相色谱方法系统适用性试验的要求及重要性。方法比较国内外药典和文献对系统适用性试验的要求和差异。结果与结论各国药典对系统适用性试验的要求各不相同,应当予以重视。
Objective To clarify the requirements and the importance of liquid chromatography system suitability test in different national pharmacopoeias.Methods The requirements and differences of system suitability test of the literature and pharmacopoeias at home and abroad were compared.Results and Conclusion The requirements of system suitability test in different pharmacopeias vary,and more attention should be paid to their differences.
