摘要
目的探讨加强护理管理干预在健康体检中的作用。方法以2013年3—5月实施护理管理干预后来院健康体检的客户为观察组,2012年11月至2013年2月实施护理管理干预前来院进行健康体检的客户为对照组,其中观察组客户200人,对照组客户300人。观察组加强护理管理干预,对照组患者采用常规护理管理。研究加强护理干预前后,在客户对护理服务的满意程度和护理人员技能方面产生的差异,并作统计分析。结果观察组各项评价指标均优于对照组,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施护理管理干预后,护士技能水平显著提高,并且就诊氛围明显改善,为客户提供了更好的服务,显著增强了客户对健康体检服务的满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing management intervention in the physical examination among healthy people. Methods 500 healthy people with physical examination were divided into objective group（from Mar 2013 to May 2013, 200 cases） and control group（from Nov 2012 to Feb 2012, 300 cases）. The objective group was used nursing management intervention. The difference of nursing satisfaction and nursing staff skills were compared. Results There were more positive result in the comparison of nursing satisfaction and nursing staff skills in the objective group. Conclusions It would get a satisfactory effect to use nursing management intervention in the physical examination among healthy people with the higher level of nursing satisfaction and the nursing staff skills.
