摘要
研制以SnO2 薄膜作敏感材料的气敏比色皿 ,发现在可见光区透射率随被测气体浓度的增大而增大 ,并解释敏感机理。
A kind of photronic cell is developed by using SnO 2 film as coating material for sensing,with which the transmissity is ehhanced in visible range for the analyzed gas,and the mechanism has been discussed for sensing.
