摘要
投资自由化是经济全球化的重要动力机制。随着世界经济全球化程度不断加深，对外直接投资（FDI）出现了许多新特点：以资源优化配置带动的FDI迅猛发展；跨国公司的生产经营和研究开发活动日益全球化；企业的跨国并购加剧。本文运用翔实的资料，对全球FDI的新特点进行了分析研究。
The liberalization of international trade and investment has incresingly become the driving force for economic globalization since the 1980's. With rapid development of globalization, it exceeded international trade and became the engine of world economy in 1992. Some new characteristics of FDI affecting contemporary economy: first, for full and rational utilization of world resources, a series of policies which adjust and control world economic development in macro scope are adopted by governments of many countries, as a result, the development speed of FDI exceeds what has been expected. Today, the FDI value increases one time every 3 years, second, economic globalization is getting deeper and deeper, this includes not only the traditional production, but also research and development. R&D globalization has now become the new characters of FDI, and third, TNC combination develops rapidly, with the combination value of TNC more than 60% of the total, this means that the transnational means of combination of enterprises has irresistibly become a historical tale.
