摘要
吉林省煤系中非金属矿产资源比较丰富 ,主要赋存于早白垩世和第三纪含煤岩系内 ,现已探明储量的矿产有 9种 ,矿产地 31处 ,主要分布于吉林省中部和南部区。非金属矿产与煤层间具有密切的共生组合关系 ,在时空分布上具有一定的规律性。有储量大、品位高、开采条件好及应用领域广等特点。开发现状基本上处于“一流资源、二流技术 (设备 )、三流产品”的低水平经营状态。改变这一现状 ,当务之急是要以市场为导向 ,加强矿产开发的宏观规划管理 ,采取切实可行的对策和措施 ,引导企业走“规模化”、“集团化”的经营道路 ,利用新技术 ,开发新产品 ,增加矿产品科技含量和附加值 。
There are rich nonmetallic mineral resources in the coal-measures of Jilin province, that mainly occurred in the Cretaceous and Tertiary coal-bearing series. There are 9 kinds of minerals and 31 spots of mineral lands have been discovered up to now, which are mainly distributed in the centre and southern part of Jilin province. Between nonmetallic mineral resources and coal seam, it has close paragenetiv relationship, having some characteristics, such as large reserves, high grade, favourable mining condition and wide application. From the management, it is in “rich mineral resources common technology (equipment) and poor quality products”. To change the existing situation, the most pressing task at the moment is to take the market as a guiding, strengthen macrocosmic plan management for mineral resources, take feasible countermeasures and measures; the enterprises carry out “large scale and group” management model, adopt advanced techniques and new products, improve the quality of mineral products and economic effect.
