摘要
随着信息技术、网络通信技术和微电子技术的发展,为适应电网对变电站与主站新的发展要求,IEC委员会TC 57工作组制订了针对变电站自动化系统的IEC61850标准和能量管理系统的IEC 61970标准。由于两种标准各自定义了数据模型和通信接口,故造成变电站与调度中心之间不能进行无缝通信。针对这个问题,在IEC61970/61850标准基础上进行无缝通信系统的研究。
With the development of information technology,network technology and microelectronic technology,the IEC TC 57 has set the standard of IEC 61850 for（Substation Automation System,SAS） and the standard of IEC 61970 for（Energy Management Systemm,EMS） in order to adapt to the new development of power network for the substation and the main station.As these two standards defined data models and the corresponding interface respectively,it resulted in the problem that the seamless communication can not be operated between substation and the control center.To diagnose this problem,the seamless communication system based on IEC 61850 and 61970 were studied.
