摘要
目的 :研究芦丁 -聚乙二醇 6 0 0 0 (PEG6 0 0 0 )共沉淀物的制备和性质。方法 :采用溶剂法分别制成三种不同比例的固体分散体 ,并比较固体分散体 ,机械混合物和原药的溶解特性。结果 :溶剂法可制得不同比例的芦丁 -PEG6 0 0 0固体分散体 ,1∶3、1∶6、1∶10共沉淀物样品的溶解度分别为 82 6 .1、2 2 0 7.8、4385 .7mg·10 0ml- 1 。结论 :制成的芦丁 -PEG6 0 0 0固体分散体能极显著地提高原药的溶解度。
Aim To study the preparation of the coprecipitate of Rutin-PEG6000 and its dissolution characteristic.Methods Three coprecipitates in different ratio of Rutin and PEG6000 were prepared with solvent method.The dissolution rates of the coprecipitates,mechanical mixtures and pure drug were studied.Results Coprecipitates in different ratio can be prepared with solvent method.The dissolution rates of 1∶3,1∶6 and 1∶10 in coprecipitates of Rutin and PEG6000 were 826.1,2207.8 and 4385.7mg·100ml -1 .Conclusion The dissolution rate of Rutin can be increased significantly when coprecipitate of Rutin-PEG6000 was prepared.
