摘要
目的 :观察甘草酸单铵 (MAG)对输卵管炎大鼠模型免疫功能的影响 ,探讨其作用机理。方法 :将苯酚糊剂注入大鼠子宫角制备输卵管炎模型进行治疗。结果 :高、低 2个MAG剂量组 (10 0mg·kg- 1 和 5 0mg·kg- 1 )大鼠网状内皮系统吞噬功能均显著高于对照组 (蒸馏水 2m 只和消炎痛 5mg·kg- 1 )。同时 ,2个MAG治疗组大鼠外周血中性白细胞百分比均显著低于蒸馏水对照组 ,高剂量MAG组大鼠淋巴细胞百分比显著高于蒸馏水对照组 ,低剂量MAG组也有一定程度的升高。 2个MAG组大鼠脾和胸腺称重指数均显著高于蒸馏水对照组 ,其大鼠输卵管通畅率也明显高于蒸馏水对照组。结论 :甘草酸单铵对实验性输卵管炎大鼠免疫功能具有明显促进作用且有剂量依赖关系 。
Aim To study the influences of Monoammonium Glycyrrhizanate(MAG)on the immune function in rats model of salpingitis and investigate the mechanism of the action of MAG.Methods Pasta Phenolis Composita was injected into uterine horn of rats then salpingistis was induced.Results The phagocytosis ability of reticuloendothelial system (RES) was stronger significantly in those two MAG groups (100mg·kg -1 and 50mg·kg -1 ),compared with that in the control group(diluted water and indomethacin).The neutrophils counts in blood of rats was lowered in two MAG groups than in the diluted water group.The lymphocytes in rats' blood was increased significantly in 100mg·kg -1 MAG group than that in diluted water group,and the lymphocytes amount was increased in 50mg·kg -1 MAG group.Compared with that of diluted water group,significant increase of average weight of spleen and thymus was observed in two MAG groups.The unobstruction rate was higher in two MAG groups than that in diluted water group.Conclusion The immune function in rats of salpingitis was increased by MAG.The effect of MAG depended on the dosage in this study.It may be one of the therapeutic mechanisms for salpingitis.
