摘要
目的探讨Bcl-xl/Bcl-2相关死亡启动因子(Bad)在肝外胆管癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系。方法收集手术切除并经病理证实的肝外胆管癌标本74例,12例正常胆管组织取自胆囊结石行胆切除的胆管组织。采用免疫组织化学方法检测Bad的表达情况。结果 Bad在肝外胆管癌组织中为阳性表达,在正常胆管组织中为弱阳性或阴性表达。Bad在胆管癌组织学不同分化程度之间表达的差异有统计学性意义(P<0.05)胆管癌中Bad的表达在不同肿瘤大小、不同临床分期及有无淋巴结转移之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)结论 Bad表达增高在胆管癌的发生过程中发挥一定作用,Bad的表达与肝外胆管癌组织学的分化程度存在一定的相关性Bad的表达在胆管癌肿瘤大小、临床分期及淋巴结转移中无明显作用。
Objective To investigate Bcl-xl/Bcl-2 associated death promoter （Bad） in extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and its relationship with clinical pathological parameters. Methods Of the 74 cases of extrahepatic bile duct cancer specimens were collected in Shengjing Hospital atffiliated to China Medical University between 2007 and 2010, which were confirmed by pathological examination. 12 cases of normal bile duct tissues were taken from cholecystolithiasis cholecystectomy cystic duct tissue. The expression of Bad was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Bad was positive expressed in bile duct carcinoma, which was weakly positive or negative expressed in normal bile duct tissues. There was a significant difference in Bad expression among different extrahepatic bile duct cancer histological differentiation stage （P 〈 0.05 ）. No significant differences were observed in Bad expression among different tumor size, clinieal stage, and whether there were lymph node metastasis in bile duct carcinoma （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Increased Bad expression plays a certain role in the progress of cholangiocarcinoma occurrence, which plays a more im- portant role in the lower histological grade ones. Bad has no obvious effect in the tumor growth, lymph node metastasis and neoplasm staging of chol- angiocarcinoma.
