摘要
目的 探讨CD4 4v6与肝门部胆管癌发生的关系。方法 应用免疫组化S P法研究 13例肝门部胆管癌中CD4 4v6的表达。结果 CD4 4v6在正常胆管组织中无表达 ,在癌组织中的表达明显 ,且仅与病理分化有关。结论 CD4
AIM To explore the relationship between CD44v6 and the occurrence of portal cholangiocarcinoma. METHODS Immunohistochemical S P method was used to detect expression of CD44v6 in 13 portal cholangiocarcinoma. RESULTS CD44v6 was not expressed in normal biliary ducts tissue. It was expressed obviously in portal cholangiocarcinoma tissue, and it was associated with the pathological differentiation only. CONCLUSION CD44v6 perhaps plays some role in the occurrence mechanism of portal cholangiocarcinoma.
