纳洛酮治疗酒精与安眠药混合中毒老年患者的疗效分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察不同剂量纳洛酮在老年酒精合并安眠药混合中毒患者治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取老年酒精合并安眠药混合中毒患者80例,随机分为小剂量纳洛酮治疗组(L组)38例和大剂量纳洛酮治疗组(H组)42例,对两组症状持续时间、催醒时间、治疗24 h Glasgow昏迷评分及APACHE-Ⅱ评分进行对比分析。结果 H组催醒时间、症状持续时间明显短于L组(P均<0.05);与L组比较,H组患者治疗24 h Glasgow昏迷评分(t=2.347,P<0.05)、APACHE-Ⅱ评分(t=3.596,P<0.01)差异均有统计学意义。结论临床上使用大剂量纳洛酮治疗老年酒精合并安眠药混合中毒患者效果显著。
