摘要
用组织学方法研究了网箱养殖大黄鱼性腺发育的状况。结果表明 ,在所研究的 10个网箱 (养殖期 1a)中 ,其中 6个网箱各有少数大黄鱼卵巢进入大生长期 ,卵母细胞胞质出现卵黄颗粒 ,其余网箱大黄鱼处于小生长期。在雄性 ,全部网箱大黄鱼精巢发育进入Ⅲ～Ⅳ期。根据这些结果 ,我们认为 ,在夏季 7、8月间可能有50 %～ 60 %雌性和 60 %～ 70 %雄性提早性腺成熟。
The status of gonadal development of large yellow croakers in the culture of net cages was studied using histological methods. The results indicated that the ovaries of a few large yellow croakers within 6 net cages were developing into large growth stage, and the cytoplasm of oocyte occurred yolk granulars. Another 4 net cages were at ovary of small growth stage. In male, testicular development belonged to stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ in all net cages. According to these results, we suggest that about 50～60 and 60～70 percent earlier gonadal maturation in female and male fish respectively will take up in July and August .
