摘要
对张家口克山病地区土壤中硒的 7种地球化学形态 :水溶态、交换态、有机态 (富啡酸态与胡敏酸态 )、酸溶性铁锰氧化物态、硫化物态以及硅酸盐态进行了测定。分析总结了各种形态存在的影响因素 ,从而得出土壤中的有效性硒成分能够直接参与硒的生物地球化学循环 。
The geochemical characteristics of selenium speciation which are water soluble fraction, exchangeable fraction, organic fraction including fulvic acid and humic acid fractions, acid soluble Fe Mn oxide fraction, sulfide bound fraction and residual fraction in soil in Zhangjiakou district were studied by sequential partial dissolution technique. Available selenium consists of water soluble, exchangeable and fulvic acid fraction selenium. The results show that in nature condition the available selenium level in soil of Keshan disease area is actually lower than that in non Keshan disease area and have strong effects on human health.
