摘要
提出了水溶态硒、交换态硒、富啡酸态硒的提取方法,并用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法(HG-AFS)测定土壤中的有效硒含量。该方法硒的检出限(3σ)为2.7 ng/g。并用该方法测定了鄂西某地五个土壤样品中有效硒的含量,结果比较理想。
The method for extraction of water souble selenium,exchange selenium and fulvic acid selenium was proposed,effective selenium in soil by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS) was surveyed.The detection limit of Se was 2.7 ng/g.The contents of effective selenium in five soil samples were surveyed,and the results were satisfying.
