摘要
分析了船体外板加工成型过程中的不足,针对船体弯板成型加工时间长、效率低、能耗大等问题,提出了一种以嵌入式MC464运动控制器为控制核心,并采用三菱PLC作为辅助控制和保护的水火弯板智能控制系统,运动控制器通过以太网通讯技术与上层界面实现交互式控制,并对运动轴进行实时控制;实验结果表明,采用MC464为核心的控制系统比传统的加工方式提高了40%左右的工作效率,并且能对60%~70%的弯板进行加工,满足弯板加工成型的智能化需求,达到了效能优化的目的。
Analysis of the problems in machining process of hull plate, in order to solve the problems of processing time of plate bending, low efficiency, high energy consumption. Put forward a kind of embedded motion controller MC464 as the control core, and use of Mitsubishi PLC as auxiliary control and protection for line heating control system. Motion controller and the upper interface to achieve interactive control through the Ethernet communication technology, and the real--time control of motion axis. The experimental results show that the control system is improved by about 40% efficiency with MC464 as the core than the traditional processing mode, and bending processing 60%- 70%, meet the demand of intelligent processing molding plate bending, and achieved the efficiency optimization purposed.
