摘要
提出了基于虚拟加工的刀具路径优化、切削参数优化和误差补偿的数控程序优化方法,开发了用于数控程序优化的应用系统.应用实例表明:加工效率和加工精度得到了提高,加工过程也得到改善.
The architecture of optimization system is built for the purpose of the integration of NC program verification, cutting parameters optimization and error compensation. Several systems based on virtual machining have been developed to optimize NC programs for different purposes. The results of pilot experiments show that productivity, machining accuracy and machining process are improved obviously.
