摘要
在煤炭地下气化试验中 ,火焰工作面的移动速度是影响其产气过程连续稳定进行的关键因素之一 .鉴于此 ,在模型试验的基础上 ,对火焰工作面的移动速度进行了定量研究 ,建立并推导出了火焰工作面移动速度的数学模型表达式 ,并进行了计算和分析 ,分别讨论了火焰工作面的移动速度与供氧量和煤粒粒径的关系 .计算值和模型试验测定值、现场试验探测值的一致性 ,表明对地下气化炉中火焰工作面移动速度的模拟是正确的 .从而 ,可进一步实现对现场试验燃烧带移动状态的预测 ,并为煤炭地下气化过程工艺技术方案的实施与控制 ,提供了必要的理论依据 .
The moving velocity of burning front is one of the key factors,which affect continuously stable proceeding for its yielding gas process in the test of underground coal gasification In consideration of this, the moving velocity of burning front is put to the quantitative study on the basis of the model test. The expression formula of the moving velocity of burning front,being derived from the mathematical model,is established,forthermore,the relations between moving velocity of burning front and offering oxygen quantity and coal granular diameter are discussed respectively by computation and analysis The uniformity of calculation value and real measurement value from the model test,survey value from the scene test indicates that the simulation to the moving velocity of burning front in the underground gasification stove is right.Thereby,the forecast to the moving state of combustion belt on spot experiment can be realized further,and it will provide a necessarily theoretical foundation for the implement and control of the craft technique scheme in the process of the underground coal gasification.
