摘要
关系稿在学术界一般指人际关系包裹下的有质量问题的论文。它是在社会风尚演变、政策性导向、非常出版运作的背景和条件下形成的。其作用主要是消极的 ,对刊物质量、学术风气、编辑工作造成了极为严重的危害。我们应实事求是地采取堵、疏、扶、砍相结合的方法予以解决 ,但若要根绝 ,则须正本清源 ,净化出版环境 ,整顿重构出版机制。
In academic circles, “Relation contribution ' generally refers to the poor theses wrapped up by interpersonal relationships. It came into being with the evolution of the general social mood, the guiding policy, and the unusual publishing operation. Its negative influence lies in its seriously impairing the quality of publication, harming the healthy mood of society, and interfering with editorial work. This problem must be dealt with through “blocking up', “dredging',“supporting' and“cutting' in the light of specific conditions, but measures must be taken for thorough-going reform, such as purification of publishing environment, reestablishment of publishing system, if“Relation contribution' is to be eliminated.
