摘要
在筛选抗病毒抗生素的过程中 ,从云南土壤分离出的一株链霉菌 16 70 4,其发酵液抗 HSV- 1病毒活性较强 ,我们对链霉菌 16 70 4产生菌的初步分类 ,发酵 ,活性成分的提取 ,分离和鉴别等进行了研究 ,通过大孔树脂吸附层析 ,有机溶剂提取 ,RP- 8反相柱层析等方法分离得到 16 70 4A纯品 ,经过对化合物 16 70 4A理化性质的测定和对其 U V、FAB- Mass、EI- Mass和 1 H- NMR谱的分析 ,将其鉴别为已知化合物
Screening for antiviral substances from the secondary metabolites of microorganisms is an important strategy in the study of antiviral drugs. In the process of screening for antiviral antibiotics, the broad spectrum antiviral activities of fermentation broth of Streptomyces 16704 from the Yunnan province of China were discovered. The antibiotic 16704A was isolated by means of X 5 macro porous resin column chromatography, extraction with organic solvent, and RP 8 medium pressure column chromatography. Based on physico chemical properties and spectral data of FAB MS, EI MS, UV, and 1 H NMR of the 16704A, it was identified as bafilomycin A1 which was found as insecticide antibiotics with a structure of 16 membered macrolide.
