摘要
目的 :比较三七制剂 (血栓通注射液 )联合康宁克通 - A注射液局部注射与单纯应用康宁克通 - A注射液局部注射治疗瘢痕疙瘩的疗效与安全性。 方法 :常规消毒局部皮肤后 ,每次选 1～ 3点 ,刺入并回抽无血液后 ,将药液徐徐注入皮损基底部或损害内 ,每 2周注射 1次 ,4次为 1疗程 ,1疗程结束停药后评价疗效。全部病例均追踪观察至少 3个月。 结果 :治疗组显效率及总有效率分别为 86 .6 6 %及 93.33% ,均显著高于对照组的 5 6 .6 7%及 6 6 .6 7% ;治疗组不良反应率仅6 .6 7% (2 / 30 ) ,较对照组的 13.33% (4/ 30 )为优。全部病例均追踪观察至少 3个月 ,时间最长者为 13个月 ,两组治疗结束时显效及 /或有效病例 ,均未发现皮损复发、加重及 /或恶化情况。 结论 :血栓通注射液联合康宁克通 - A注射液局部注射疗法治疗瘢痕疙瘩 ,较单纯应用康宁克通 - A注射液局部注射疗效更佳、安全 ,病人耐受性良好。
Objective:To Compare the Curative effect and safety of treating keloid,it was done by notoginseng pharmaceutics (XUE SHUAN TONG)and KENACORT-A mixture injection with only applying KENACORT-A. Methods:After routine disinfection,choicing 1～3 points,puncturing no blood,then inject the liquid medicine into basal part of keloid.The patients was treated on time 2 weeds,one course of treatment was 4 times,then we evaluated the curative effect. Results:The obvious effctive rate and general effective rate of the cure group were 86 66% and 93 33%;And the control group's were 56 67% and 66 67%. Adverse reactvon rate of the cure group was 6 67%(2/30),the control 13 33%(4/30).All patients were followed up in 3～13months. Conclusion:The effect of treating keloid by notoginseng pharmaceutics and KENACORT-A mixture injection is better,safer than only applying KENACORT-A. [
